Are you already running a Club and interested in affiliating to the AMCA to join one of the strongest and best supported off-road motor cycle associations? Or are you interested in starting off your own Club and joining us? If either of these apply to you then we would love to hear from you.

The AMCA caters for disciplines including motocross, supermoto, beach racing, classic scrambles, modern and classic trials, enduro, hare and hounds, motoduro, motorcycle rally, bike (cycle) trials, both for competition and practice.

The AMCA is a legal permit issuing body which means we are recognised in law to issue permits for motorcyle events. Our level of insurance is unsurpassed in the industry which provides reassurance for our member clubs and officals. Event charges differ per disclipline, so don't delay and contact us now to find out how we can help your club!

An annual affiliation fee of £55 is charged to all clubs regardless of discipline.

How can I start?

This all depends on what discipline you want to start with – some require you to take a licence whilst others are more flexible and allow you to turn up and ride. Once you have opted for a discipline, see the FAQ for more tailored questions.

What is the difference between motocross, enduro, and trials?

These are all different disciplines the AMCA caters for, along with much more. Motocross is fast paced, short races over both natural and man-made terrain with 36 riders going into a first corner. Enduro is more long distance, long duration events, usually through woodland. Trials is slow paced, technical, balance based over challenging short course with the object to go through without putting your foot on the floor.
