With just one week to go before their home IMBA event at Lower Drayton, the lads representing Team AMCA Great Britain in MX2 warmed up with a truly sensational performance at Allaire in France during round 3 on Saturday.

Incredibly, the GB team took all three podium places as Josh Waterman (IDS JD Racing KTM) took the overall win from Ray Rowson (Apex Geartec KTM) and Lewis King (TMC Kawasaki). Also posting strong results was Jack Cox(FUS FRO CPS Husqvarna) 5th, forced to settle for a final 10th overall after suffering a moto two rear-wheel puncture.

The Allaire results now also means that Josh Waterman leads the IMBA MX2 Championship standings on 456 points with Dutch rider Van der Linden in 2nd on 449 and Ray Rowson 3rd on 436. Despite his problems in France, Jack Cox has also now moved up to 5th in the series table.
